Matching, training and practical support.

The application pathway is designed to understand who you support best, when you can work and what training you may need.

Client and worker fit

Shifts are allocated around client and staff preferences through the matching process.

Rostering

Shifts are currently described as a minimum of 2 hours, a maximum of 10 hours per day and weekly rostering for casual employees.

Training and guidance

Workers may receive participant information, short training modules and training such as manual handling or medication management.
